Shipping & Returns

A note from the road about how we send our treasures, how long they take to reach you, and how returns work for the handful of items that travel home again.

Shipping

At The Wizard Caravan, many of our items are handcrafted by artisans from indigenous and remote communities around the world. Because of the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we take special care in preparing and packaging every order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

The Wizard Caravan is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel happy and connected with the items you receive.

Because many of our products are handmade, ceremonial, vintage, or one-of-a-kind, we offer returns only on select eligible items.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unmodified, and in original condition
  • The item shows no signs of wear, damage, smoke exposure, or alteration
  • The item is approved for return by our team

Buyer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Proper packaging of the returned item
  • Providing tracking information for the return shipment

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Ceremonial or personal-use items
  • Custom or modified pieces
  • Earrings or wearable hygiene-related items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Any item that has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can assist you.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at williamhdasilva@gmail.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the item
  3. Reason for the return request

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
